I came in for a gel removal and a polish manicure. The foil wraps were left on my nails for about 1 min so it was painful to get the gel off as she was scraping so hard at my nails. The water for soaking my cuticles was cold and so my fingers started bleeding when she trimmed them and I now have scabs. The polish was thick and lumpy and didn't dry after more than 2 hours and so I had to remove it myself. There was still a lot of gel on my nails when I took the polish off too :(

The technician was really lovely, but the place was empty and lacked any atmosphere. Would go again for a quick mani though as the result was good
