The overall quality of the nails is good, I'm quite happy with the result. But I found it quite an awkward and intimidating atmosphere. I was unsure of what they wanted me to do because of a lack of communication and wanted to change the colour I'd chosen before, but felt I couldn't as the person doing my nails seemed irritated. I would come back if I knew the customer service was just a one off and if I could feel more comfortable next time.
