This was my first time at the Balham spa and I really enjoyed it, the staff were nice & it was decorated well. They had good music videos playing to keep you entertained. Bao did my nails really well and knew exactly the trend I wanted when I showed him a picture. Will definitely be going here to get my nails done regularly now.
