I regularly visit here and enjoy my treatments however have recently been in and felt it has taken longer than normal for my treatments (over 1.5 hours for manicure and pedicure) which is a bit unfortunate as other customers are served in conjunction with me even though I booked

It was very unsatisfying experience! Would never come back!
The nails were uneven, had bumps, completely random shapes (one coffin, another oval)...
Very upset, they started lifting in around 2 days from the bottom of the nail, because the tip was glued crocket! 🙄
Bao has no care into customers at all, cut me several times over rushing, was looking into the street and other customers while filing..
Everyone uses same drills and files without sanitising,saw it with my own eyes...
