I had my shellac removal done successfully however the hygiene standards here are very questionable. The tech did not sanitise his hands before touching mine and then proceeded to use a very well-used nail file. If only there was a hygiene rating for these nail salons, basic cleanliness was definitely lacking. Nothing looked clean. There was no welcome, no conversation, no thank you. Will not be back.
