It took around 45 minutes and two different people to remove acrylics without any communication about what was happening. The surface of my nails were buffed/filed so much they were incredibly thin and weak afterwards. There was also no manicure element, purely a removal and paint which is not what I booked for. Chrome powder was also left around my cuticles and on my skin.
