I am unhappy with the outcome of my nails - they’re patchy, uneven and all different lengths and shapes. I felt the need to file my nails myself when I got home.
The nail technician also cut me several times when filing and buffering my nails which was very painful and has left my fingers feeling sore. This was my second visit - my first was brilliant and I was so pleased with my nails. This time I had someone different and am very disappointed.
