The atmosphere was nice, but the waxing felt rushed (maybe because they were running late). I left with sore skin and quite a lot of missed hair. During the process they also kept on getting wax strands everywhere, including my clothes.

Classic Facials
I’d booked and paid in advance for a standard pedicure and a shellac manicure. The pedicure was acceptable. I did not receive a shellac manicure however, just a standard one. I’d checked this with the therapist at start and I thought she understood what I had booked but evidently not, their English was not the best. I had not had a shellac manicure before and realised too late I had not received this service. This was a pre holiday treat and I’m so disappointed. I don’t like giving bad reviews.
