The treatment was great, Shaznia was lovely and the salon was beautiful and tidy. the bed was a bit wonky that I lay on but otherwise all great!

Nice friendly welcome on arrival. I didn't have to wait at all. Shania explained everything regarding my eye lash tint before she started and result was great. I also had a neck and shoulder massage which was divine. I will definately return again for more treatments!

I didn't attend the appointment as my booking via Treatwell didn't reach the salon.

This isn't a negative review of them and I have no idea how the waxing treatment was.
When I arrived at the salon 15 minutes before my booked appointment the salon was closed with shutters down. There was no answer from them when I attempted to call them and sent an email through their site with no response.
Their salon could be excellent, I'm just really disappointed that I didn't get the chance to have my treatment.
