It just felt very rushed and as I was looking around the process followed was not right along with being told that what I wanted was not done. I only stayed for my pedicure and got my manicure done somewhere else.

This place used to be really good with outstanding service however, in the last couple of months it has really gone down hill. The last 2 treatments I booked in for is not what I receive and the therapists are rushing treatments to fit more people in. They seem to care more about quantity than quality. Real shame because I loved this place before!

I wanted ombre infills and the nail technician did not know how to do it. The owner of the salon showed him but to be honest, she should have given me to a technician who knew what they were doing. I was in there 1 hour and 45 mins and had powder all over my hands. He also cut me when filing my nails.
The owner was "matter of fact" about it and said that the colour I chose was a difficult one to put on. They should have told me that at the beginning and I would have chosen another.
