I have been to this salon a few times now. It is very clean and the staff are lovely. Every wax I have had before has been great. Basically painless and professionally done. This time, the wax was too hot so it was very painful. This has never been an issue before. I think they were very busy on the day, and I did hear a comment between staff members that the wax was too hot ahead of my appointment. I will go back again and hope that this won’t be a problem again.
