Always an amazing service in such a lovely salon but I was kept waiting 20 minutes due to a late customer. I would have preferred if the customer who turned up on time (me) was given preference over someone who turned up late. In such a small (but lovely) salon, there is no resilience to accommodate the needs of late-running customers; we are all instructed to turn up on time. The service was also interrupted by customers coming in and wanting to book appointments. With only two staff members, someone has to see to them. It's a bit 'uncomfortable' and more than weird to be lying with your legs akimbo and your bits full of hot wax while you are left on your own to wait for the therapist to return. Overall, I am still rating the service highly as the salon and it's staff are lovely, the treatments usually excellent and this hasn't happened before. However, the above isn't really acceptable.
