Lulu went out of her way to give me a fantastic manicure just before I about to go collect my engagement ring for the first time, despite me being stretched for time so I was obviously quite stressed. She was friendly and very professional in doing my nails.. and kept me calm throughout so I was able to make my next appointment. Really recommend.
