3. I was outside in the freezing cold for almost an hour waiting and calling and literally pressing on all the doors at the building.
4. I WANT MY REFUND NOW! I don’t care it’s unacceptable how can anyone treat clients like this?

Couldn’t find the salon (think it’s one of the flats but no flat number listed so have 0 clue?) so rang the number listed here 5+ times and no one answered. She didn’t even bother to ring me to see where I was so couldn’t do the appointment. What a waste of my time coming into Bromley town. AVOID
