Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for 8 PM through Treatwell and travelled over an hour to get there, only to find the salon closed when I arrived. I contacted them to request a refund, but the response I received was rude and there was no apology for the inconvenience or wasted journey. I am still waiting for my refund, and nobody is answering the phone or responding to my messages. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. I will not be returning.
