Awful. Nails were all bumpy and had little bubbles on the surface. She tried to fix them but they were not done properly and a lot of my skin was painted. Within a few hours my nails had chipped. Contacted the lady for her to fix. She requested I come at 4pm - even though the app says she is open until 7pm. I have now left work early to get to her on time. She immediately started morning how long the job will take her as she has to remove all the shellac. Appalled! I’ve left having just had her scrape the shellac off, destroy my nails using a nail file to try get it off. I’ve gone patchy coloured nails now that are scratched and filed thin. So disappointed.

Worst eyebrow threading ever!!! If you care about your eyebrow do NOT go!! She took nearly all my eyebrows off and left me with a disgusting thin line. Then had the cheek to sale other services, very pushy woman. Will never go back!
