Shell was really warm, welcoming friendly she has a chat upon greeting and welcoming you, she make you feel relaxed on arrival and throughout the duration of the course of the entire treatment . The ambiance in the treatment room is awesome and she prides herself with high hygiene standards which is even more reassuring when visiting for treatment, highly recommended.
