Highlights are good. Haircut is not. Instead of brushing out my knots, she cut them out which left my hair much shorter and uneven in places which is obvious because my hair is all one length.

Booked a hot wax and I came to find it was strip wax that didn’t work properly, she was pulling and tugging my hair until the point that my skin was irritated and she had to stop, also leaving the room in the middle of waxing to deal with customers and coming back without washing hands.. The next day I had burns and I ended up having to get rid of the rest of my hair. Complete waste of money.
