Prepaid & booked with Ruta another lady did my highlights without me being asked if this was ok having anxiety this was very awkward. She was on the phone with AirPods hardly any foils were used for the 5 months of regrowth, the placement was awful my hair was not brushed through she tilted my head back to place the front foils. My root was still showing, my hair was stripy with banding, foils had bled so it was uneven & patchy. I had to leave & correct my hair at another salon. No Refund given
