Terrible , I left with a swollen eye, and full of black tint with glue or gel whatever was that around my eyelash, the appointment was on Friday today it’s Sunday and I still didn’t manage to remove the tint and the glue , so sad and disappointed!!!

I made the booking the day before and was surprised that every slot was available. I turned up and waited. It was clear that the therapist was not there. A few mins later I was asked if I could come back the next day - which I couldn't as I was going away. It seemed obvious to me that she'd missed or simply forgotten the booking.
