Took my 2 year old son for his first haircut, Madeline was so lovely and made us feel very comfortable. She did a great job with his curly haircut and the other staff were also very friendly. Great experience 10/10 would recommend 🌟

Arrived 3mins early before my 10am appointment. I had to wait outside in the cold with another customer for 5 mins, while the stylist cleaned up from the day before. Once inside I noticed unorganised packs of hair laying around. The shop is pretty dark poor lightening. My stylist unfortunately had poor hygiene throughout the appointment, she also experimented in my hair doing a style she knew she could not master. Failed to refund me my money. Madeleine was the stylist!

I had wig cornrows incan say they were ok she started exact time i had booked and finished exact time she said she would. Although the cornrows were a bit uneven and some thicker than the others maybe its because i have natural hair. But overally the service was excellent
