My hair came out awful. The stylist didn't know how to plait, I had to guide her... she didn't use any of the right tools or after styling. Do not waste your money! Literally walked out with half a tub of gel in my hair, thankfully I was going to a paint party so I didn't actually care but if you have somewhere to go dont do it.

Great experience overall however room was a little too bright. Needs blackout curtains and some candles.

Lovely salon, all the staff members are really professional and friendly. They make you feel really comfortable and answer any questions and concerns you many have.

the customer service here is amazing! I've had lash extensions previously and they didn't even last a week, however these ones have remained more or less the same in the week that's gone by since my appointment. the employees are hospitable and very sweet, and my therapist let me customise my extensions exactly how I wanted them! Will be coming here again if I need another treatment
