I asked for a deep cleansing facial. The treatment consisted of many laters of cleaning including using a cloth to clean my face so harshly my skin was so sore from it, I didn't actually get the deep clean as she did the steam however then proceeded to finish. Couldn't understand why she steamed my face.plus I had to ensure my face could reach the steamer. But the no extraction part really got me. Shes very good at massage however. I wish I had a back massage instead.
