It was the first time I had been to the salon, it was very clean and tidy. Received a warm welcome. Rachel was great, she told me how long the box braids would take and she was totally accurate. My appointment was at 11am and was out of there about 3.30pm. Rachel was attentive, I was seen to straight away and she was very quick. I have had nightmares at other hairdressers waiting for around for ages and being in the place all day, but I was in and out in 4.5 hours. Will return 100%!
