AJ put me at ease straight away with his professionalisn and knowledge of the subject. I explained about my stiff shoulders and he undrstood straight away the type of massage I required. He checked constantly about the pressure he was applying to make sure I was comfortable. He worked so hard on my shoulders and got rid of the knots and stiffness. I couldn't reccomend him more highly. A thoroughly professional service in a very caring, ambient environment. I would definately recommend this salon

I booked for a Hollywood. The booking process was a little confusing at first because of Groupon but got great help from the salon. The venue was clean and had nice aroma. Madeleine was friendly, had good attention to detail and very approachable. Her customer service skills were excellent and I will definitely be returning because of the amazing experience that I had.
