I went in for a lash lift and they did it wrong. They curled my bottom lashes upwards so now I’m walking around on holiday looking ridiculous. I contacted them and they told me to apply oil to the bottom lashes to relax them. I had to buy my own oil and it still didn’t work. It’s been 2 weeks and my bottom lashes are still curled upwards. I asked them for a refund but they are ignoring my messages. Never coming back again, they just lost a loyal customer.

I had to pay extra money for still doing my braids a
