Hadn’t had my eyebrows waxed in a while so I booked with Beaute de Hisela through Treatwell because I saw they were nearby. I was greeted very kindly and was made to feel very comfortable. I was asked all the right questions about how I wanted my eyebrows done and the lovely lady was very precise about how she did them. Great service and I will definitely be booking again! Thank you!

This was my second eyebrow wax. When she applied the aloe at the end I mentioned my right eyebrow was very sore. She took a look and said 'oh, I haven't burnt you'. When I got home I looked myself and could see my skin under my brow was red and shiny and was very sore. I sent a photo and was told it would settle it 24 hours which annoyed me as I've had plenty of eyebrow waxes - i know the difference between a burn and some general post-wax sensitivity. I eventually got a refund but no apology
