My lunchtime appointment was cancelled as I was walking to it, not ideal and when I went back at the end of the day they’d forgot I was coming. When I finally got into the salon there was no toilet available and the technician couldn’t find the nail colour I chose haha! But after a very rocky start the technician was lovely, she offered me a bottle of water and cracked on. In the end my nails looked great and 2 weeks later they haven’t chipped.
