Beth was very nice but it wasn’t a very good manicure. Even with 3 coats the colour looks very patchy and was a bit untidy around the edges. I also don’t think the top coat was properly applied because it’s only been a week and the paint on most nails are now peeling at the bottoms which has never happened to me with OPI. This was not a cheap manicure so I expected better.

My shellac manicure left my nails with rough edges and the paint job was lumpy with air bubbles. Once I had seen the quality of the manicure in the day light, I tried to phone later that day leaving an answer message in the hope of getting the issue resolved. 4 days later I got a phone call apologising for the service and was offered a refund. 8 days after the phone call I am yet to receive a refund.
