It saddens me to write this review as some of the staff are brilliant, but the awful management really let the team down. Almost all of my appointments over the last few months have been rescheduled, double-booked, or cancelled last minute. But the final straw was the aggressive owner blaming me for various problems with the salon's payment system, a card machine that wasn't working on the day and a finance team who took three attempts to email over the correct bank details.

Generally the afternoon at the salon was great, staff very friendly and talkative, and we managed to get the nails done in just under 2 hours, however not my best to date.. the nails looked shabby (sorry) so due to time constraint needed to cancel massage as well.. lovely salon but don’t think I’ll be returning..

I’ve used Beauty box a few times, the wax is extremely professional and efficient (from all the therapists I’ve had)
My eyebrows always look thicker after the lamination which lasts a while…really good 🤩
