Sarah is an excellent therapist and always great with my gel manicure and pedicures. I would highly recommend her. It would be great to have the same therapist throughout if possible. Sometimes it feels a bit "makeshift" when they are busy or short-staffed. Perhaps rather than "Therapist 1" which could mean anyone, Sarah could be named on the app and we could request if we specifically want her for our treatments.
