Lovely staff and great mani/pedi but spent 40 mins with foot soak waiting for Marina who was with another client, because only she was trained to do the mani/pedi. Another staff member also very sweet, but didn't let me know to start with that she wasn't going to do any part of the mani/pedi. At the start when they were busy I offered to come back later (than my scheduled time), they could've told me it would be a long wait. In the end it took almost 3 hours with waiting here/there in between, rather than the usual 1-1.5 hours. Luckily I had a free afternoon otherwise would've been quite annoyed. The mani/pedi itself was fab though. Great attention to detail and they do the works incl. massage.
