Been to this salon twice now and both times I've had a less than satisfied experience. First time I book in for a mani pedi only to arrive and realised they had double booked and I could only do one and not both. This time I booked eyebrow threading blind only to find when I arrived a few hours later that apparently they don't do threading anymore and I had to have a wax. Since I had already paid online I agreed to have a wax instead, the beautician took me in to a little room on the side but never closed the door. Her phone kept vibrating next to my ear during the whole time and she spilled wax in my hair. Would not recommend and will definitely not go back. Very disappointed.

I had a gel removal at beaut box (from a pretty bad shellac I'd had at a different cheapy beauticians) Amy sorted it out and then I had a lovely, much better quality shellac manicure with her! I also had my hair cut there recently and was so happy with my new do! Also have a Bikini wax there regularly. All the staff are so friendly, warm and lovely and have great chat. Highly recommend.
