Not set up to be comfortable lying on my back. No questions about whether or not I have any allergies to check if creams suitable on skin. About half the “hour” facial was spent lying around waiting for the steamer to start or waiting for the masque to be on. Seemed really old fashioned /student training. Most therapists will massage your scalp or hands or do something while masque is on not just leave the room for 10mins. Very disappointed
