I arrived for my treatment and was told that one of the staff members was off that day so I would need to reschedule. No one called to tell me this info before I spent my Saturday morning travelling to my appointment. As a an apology, they offered me a 'free nail paint' (which the staff begrudgingly booked me in for) when I arrived for the nail paint, they again had no record of the appointment... If I wasn't so annoyed about how much of my time they had wasted - it would have been amusing. On a separate note - treatment was average, treatment room was dingy. I would recommend paying a little bit more and going somewhere with a nicer space and staff that know what they are doing.

The salon itself didn’t have an amazing designated waiting area however the people were really friendly and the wax was very quick and done well.
