Really great experience here, would definitely go back. The dermalogica facial was one of the best ones I’ve had!
The time of my wax was changed at 7pm the night before. My wax was originally scheduled for 5pm on a Saturday and then changed to 1.30pm. I wasn't contacted directly at first, just received an email from Treatwell. I therefore had to move around all of my Saturday plans at the last minute. Once I arrived at my amended appointment, I then had to wait for 25 minutes.
Saying that, it was a cool place and the woman who did my wax was clearly very experienced and was really friendly. The wax was really good, it's just a shame I was messed around so much beforehand.
