The therapist was really lovely and made me feel very welcome and relaxed whilst doing my treatment. She seemed knowledgeable and thorough in what she was doing explaining the difference between the wax etc however upon inspection when I arrived home I found that all hair wasn’t removed from either treatment. From the Brazilian there was a considerable amount still there in different places and face just a bit which would have been difficult to see in the darker room I was in. I don’t recall seeing any mirrors in the treatment room so also difficult for me to have had a look before leaving.
A little disappointing considering the price was quite high.

The wax was done rushing, with people knocking on the door. Hair was not removed and normal wax was used for majority of treatment while I paid for hot wax.

Lovely and nice staff, nice atmosphere. Nevertheless, they were running late so I had to wait 30 minutes ( even if I already pushed my appointment of half an hour). The waxing took way longer than usual (an hour for half leg and Hollywood) and the result was not great: I had big areas where the hair was not removed at all in the bikini area, lots of ingrown hair were left there on my legs. Considering the price, I was absolutely not satisfied. Too bad because I liked the place and the staff
