When I first arrived for my appointment, I was told they were running 15 minutes behind. I ended up having to wait much longer than that but the staff were apologetic and, once I had my treatment, it was definitely worth the rate. The therapist is an excellent beautician and I was really happy with my treatment. Even despite the delay, I'll be going back here.
Although I had to wait 30 minutes, the staff were very nice and apologised for the waiting on few occasions.
