Staff member was 15 mins late for my appointment. Nails were weaker than normal following gel removal. Staff member picked at the gel with her own nails to remove it - didn't feel very professional or hygienic and there was colour left on my nails afterwards. Cheaper than other local salons though.

Lovely experience, staff and ambiance great. However I found the eyebrow wax to be very basic. There was no real shaping, just waxing of the stray hairs.
