The surroundings are a bit Spartan but staff are great and I had a nice massage using lovely-smelling oils - you’d pay more in fancier surroundings but you’ve got your eyes closed anyway!

If you book for an eyelash tint (and haven’t there been before), make sure you go prior to your appointment to get a patch test. Seemed quite rushed, not the most relaxing atmosphere but good value for money.
