No one to greet you on arrival and appointment was running 10mins late. Beautician was lovely though, and the die tinting was ok, but faded a lot even in 2 days. Also she told me i should have had a patch test prior but i had no way of knowing that when i booked.

Unfortunately I did not receive any form of eyebrow shaping at all. The therapist waxed the middle of my eyebrows and underneath and that was it. Not sure what I paid for.
