Lovely staff + the treatment was good, but I booked my appointment for a certain time + there was nobody there when I arrived! They moved it to 90 minutes later, which worked for me, but might inconvenience others. Not the first time I’ve had issues with timekeeping here, although the staff are very friendly + do a good job.
