Unfortunately not a great experience, which I’m sorry about as others seem to rate it. I had to wait outside on the street while a meeting was going on, and wasn’t able to be let in the building. Then the wax was too hot and burnt me. When I got home I saw one half had barely been waxed and lots of hair left. Not the cheapest either and the card machine immediately asks you to add a tip, with the therapist and receptionist standing right over you making it awkward. Wouldn’t come back.
