My appointment started 15 mins late, and when asked to choose a colour I enquired about the chrome holographic gel they advertised and was told that they didn’t have time to do that (despite it being advertised as the same lengthy of appointment as normal gel nail manicure).
My nails were rushed and despite the colour I chose being quite thin and definitely requiring a third coat of colour I only had two coats of colour and then top coat which smudged on 2/3 nails but was not corrected (I think because there was a yoga class happening in the salon after my appointment)
The gel nails didn’t even last a week. Very disappointed
