went on a busy day in a last min booking and had to wait for 30mins. Wasn’t in a rush so was ok but wasn’t offered any small discount for the wait.

Overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff was lovely and my massage was really relaxing and helped relieve muscle tension. I wouldn't recommend eyelash tint- there was no effect whatsoever. The beautician suggested I go for the 'Blue-black' but I chose 'Jet black" colour, hoping it would have a more visible effect- unfortunately, the result was invisible, so maybe I chose the wrong tint. I also have to wait quite a while so I wouldn't recommend coming on a lunch break or if you're in a rush.
