The first time I went to this salon I was waiting over half an hour. Didn’t mind as these things happen but the second time (last time) I waited over 40 minutes. The wax was also really poorly done and uneven, feels like they use really cheap wax. Won’t be back!

This is my third time at Beaut Box. It’s probably the best place for a haircut in Hackney. Amy was very helpful and did exactly what I asked for—if not way better ! I’m so happy with my new haircut!

Had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment then there was patches of hair left which I realised when I got home. completed quickly and therapist was nice
