Good treatments and therapist was lovely but a problem with the booking meant I had to come back later (and happened to another customer while I was there who was not happy).

Overall it was fine, I think it's a good value for money, but it's not the most professional hair saloon you could go...
They are not very creative and just wait for you to explain in details what do you want and they will just give it to you (if it's not too complicated).
The hairdresser's technique was a bit messy and she was really laid back and not bothered at all, she would talk to her friend throughout the appointment and I didn't feel like they focused on the client enough.
