Great back massage - felt lots of my tension go which was great. Facial left my skin red and blotchy which was upsetting.

The staff was very lovely but the process ended up taking two hours. The removal wasn't as good as usual and a more experienced therapist had to take over to refine it, which added a lot of time. Equally there were some issues with the colour which I meant I had to do lots of coats and retouches. Probably just an unlucky day but it wasn't a 5 star experience.
Amy is the best waxer in London I swear! Super speedy and brilliant job every time.
