Music gets slightly tedious as there are no words and it makes you sleepy, it creates a relaxing atmosphere but is a bit boring. Would be nice to hear something upbeat or even the radio. Would be nice for one member of staff to stick to your nails as you can’t figure out preferences with nail techs. I’ve noticed each person has different standards of nails which is a shame. Nothing to complain about. Very clean in there and nice decor. The lovely lady behind reception is so helpful and polite.
