Great manicure aside from the manicurist cutting my finger and making my finger bleed. Did apologise but told me it’s because my skin was ‘thin’.... have had hundreds of manicures and never been cut before. Thought the least they could do was not charge me the £5 extra for taking off my gels after I’d already paid for the manicure but they did. Won’t be going back. Finger is still bleeding an hour later...
